Who we are

Lyzr builds Optimus, an on-premise AI appliance for regulated industries. This site exists to let you learn about the product, pre-order a unit, or request a custom quote.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site:

Pre-order and quote requests — your email address, company name, and the answers you provide about your intended use (for example team size or deployment preferences).
Correspondence — anything you send us by email.
Server logs — standard technical records (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and reliability.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To process and confirm your pre-order or quote request.
To contact you about your order, including allocation, configuration, and shipping.
To send occasional product updates you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our own systems and shared only with the service providers we need to operate (for example payment and email infrastructure), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services.

Retention

We keep pre-order and quote records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@lyzr.ai and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — we honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged to anyone with an active pre-order.
